The Grammar School

The first Grammar school was established in 1747 in the region. Its present building was designed by Ferenc Raichle in the late 19th century in neo-baroque style. There is a room in the building dedicated to one of the most outstanding Hungarian authors, Dezső Kosztolányi, who was born in Subotica.
