A commercial and pedestrian street undergoing its renaissance, connecting two favoured promenades in the city: Korzo and Radijalac. There are rental buildings with shops in the ground floor - the typical architecture of the city centre. 

Korvin street, part of the pedestrian area has become one of the town's landmarks because of its famous cafés. They are the favourite meeting places for young and old, for locals and for tourists.

The Promenade is the main street of the city, established on the old commercial road. It has changed several names during history, while its present name suggests that it is the most favourite street of the locals for strolling. Houses built in neo-renaissance, classic, eclectic, art nouveau and modern style decorate the pedestrian street.
